While Lala is a restaurant, they do in fact have their own farm, vineyard, winemaker and chef. The menu is based on the natural richness of Baja California, in what the season offers in their orchard and small local producers.
They have a beautiful space for outdoor dining, for groups and events, sheltered by the shade of leafy oak. The kitchen is open, with wood fired pizzas and grilled lamb, steak, and homemade sausage, salad with ingredients harvested in the garden, while savoring the most outstanding wines of the region.
They will be hosting "Ingrediente Guadalupe en Laja" with Vino Moebius for the Wine Harvest Festival. Sunday August 11, 2013 at 3:00 PM. $ 820.00 MN Pesos.
