In 1791 the Mission of Santo Tomás de Aquino was founded by Dominican friars, south of Ensenada. Along with the mission, they brought grape vines. This historical winery has a museum of machinery and wine tasting in red wine lounge.

Wine Concert Opera with the participation of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Baja California with more than 65 artists on stage, including musicians, choirs and soloists.
Featuring soloists: soprano Maria Lozano Ensenada, Ensenada tenor Fernando Alfonso Magaña and Nunez, baritone native of Mexicali.
Repertoire is comprised of "Hits" of famoras Operas Arias and other popular pieces and traditional Neapolitan Mexican, fully known to the public. Arias from Carmen, The Barber of Seville, La Traviata. Arias and pieces like the Flower Duet, Funiculi Funicula, Granada, Swear, Conga del Fuego Nuevo Arturo Márquez, etc.
Guests include Adriana Santos de Triana Flamenco Dance, presenting a special issue accompanied by the CBFM.
